In a controversial match Barcelona sentenced LaLiga after winning 2-1 on Spotify and took an even larger lead that is irretrievable.
The home team’s goals were scored by Sergi Roberto and Franck Kessié, thus coming back from Ronald Araujo’s own goal at the start of the match.
Before the second goal scored by Kessié, the VAR annulled a goal by Marco Asencio who, apparently, was offside.
With this victory LaLiga was practically sentenced, because although there are still 12 dates to go, Barcelona extended its lead to 12 points and never in the history of Spain has any club lost this distance with just a few games to play.
