The captain of La Selecta, Bryan Tamacas, accepted the words of the coach of the senior soccer team, Hugo Pérez, that “it was the fault” of the players to lose against Martinique.
According to Tamacas, the result was not as expected but that “La Azul y Blanco still depends on itself” to qualify for the next round.
The captain added that he should turn around that game and focus on the next two games that El Salvador has.
La Azul y Blanco will play next Friday against Costa Rica in the second date of the Gold Cup, in group C.
