Al-Nassr’s Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo lost his temper during his team’s match against Abha.
The Portuguese was leading a counterattack when the referee whistled at the end of the first 45′, cutting off a clear scoring chance for the CR-7 team.
After the inexplicable action by the central defender, frustration invaded the Portuguese who took the ball with his hands and then kicked it into the stands.
CR-7’s reaction was considered by the central judge as an act of indiscipline and he was shown the yellow card.
The action of the referee is unusual, since in most of the world the play is allowed to conclude if it is considered that there is a goal option.
